2) Product Info

Bitrate limits in force:

• Free users may not stream content at a higher bitrate than 128kbps without prior permission.
• Upgraded users may not stream content at a higher bitrate than 192kbps without prior permission.

Although we do aim to achieve 100% uptime where possible, as MyRadioStream is a free/budget service we cannot guarantee uptime levels.

Bandwidth on MyRadioStream is shared and therefore not guaranteed.

• Free users may use up to 2000GB of data transfer per month.
• Upgraded users may use up to 4000GB of data transfer per month.

If you are found to be using your account in such away as to affect other users on the server, your account may be suspended without notice or additional restrictions applied.

These terms may be updated at any time without notice, we recommend that you check for changes from time to time.

3) Free Accounts

Webcaster Free accounts are limited to one per person/organisation, Webcaster Free users may not embed multiple players onto the same website. Free players are monetized through advertising (including banner ads, floating ads, audio ads, mining) and/or other means. 

4) Upgraded Accounts

Upgraded users must also be aware of our Cancellation Policy.

We operate a 14 day Refund Policy.

5) Changes

We may make changes to the terms of service at any time without notice.
